SI-TACK slow recovery foam is an open-celled polyurethane foampro-duced by a molding process that gives excellent quality controlon consistency.
Two types of technologies are available: temperature-sensitive foamand less-temperature sensitive foam.
The latter tolerates ¡¾10¡E more temperature fluctuation and stayswithin ¡¾5 hardness variation.
SI-TACK slow recovery foam has four grades of density designed forhighly diverse applications. These include energy absorption andimpact protection for static or dynamic loads, vibration or shockisolations, padding/ cushioning and more.
The material is ideal for industry uses such as seating furniture, pillows and bedding, medical, automotive and transportation as wellas numerous other applications.
Typically, the key characteristics of slow recovery foam are lowcompres- sion set, low rebound, highly damped properties andexcellent energy absorption. SI-TACK slow recovery foam exceeds thestandards.
